Please provide accurate and complete information. Do not submit sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary. Where permitted by law, we may request information to verify identity, authorization, payment, account ownership, consent, fraud concerns, or privacy-related requests.
4. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the SNIFFA website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, domain, date and time of access, referring URL, pages and products viewed, searches, clicks, browsing sessions, browser type, device, operating system, language preferences, screen information, online identifiers, approximate location, and interactions with our emails, advertising, or messages.
We use this information to operate and improve the Services, measure traffic and engagement, understand site usage, attribute referrals and advertising, maintain security, detect fraud, personalize experiences, and manage affiliate relationships.
Affiliate and advertising providers may process referral and transaction information under their own privacy notices and contractual arrangements with SNIFFA.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
SNIFFA and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, local storage, APIs, server-side events, SDKs, plugins, and similar technologies.
We use these technologies for essential website operation, checkout, account sessions, preferences, security, analytics, advertising, affiliate measurement, social features, cart reminders, checkout reminders, personalization, and consent management.
Most browsers accept cookies by default. You may use our privacy-choice tools or your browser and device settings to block or delete cookies. If you disable essential cookies or storage, parts of the Services may not work correctly. Privacy choices are generally browser- and device-specific unless we can associate them with your account as required by law.
6. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Traditional “Do Not Track” browser signals are not uniform and may not qualify as legally recognized opt-out preference signals. SNIFFA does not respond to generic Do Not Track signals unless required by applicable law.
Where required, we process qualifying opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device, associated pseudonymous profile, and known consumer profile, as required by law.
The absence of a signal after a prior opt-out signal does not constitute consent to opt back in. More information is available in our California and U.S. State Privacy Notice and on the Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

10. Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising
SNIFFA does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense of the word “sell.” However, certain U.S. privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” and “targeted advertising” broadly. These definitions may include disclosures of identifiers, internet activity, commercial information, approximate location, or inferences to advertising, social-media, analytics or affiliate partners.
You may opt out through our Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or by using a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, where applicable.

SNIFFA’s loyalty, referral, reward, discount, contest, sweepstakes and promotional programs may use identifiers, contact information, purchases, engagement, preferences, referrals and information you voluntarily provide.
Applicable program terms describe material conditions. If a program constitutes a financial incentive or a price or service difference under applicable privacy law, we will provide any required notice, good-faith estimate of value, opt-in mechanism and ability to withdraw, subject to the program terms.
14. Reviews and User Content
We may process reviews, ratings, photos, videos, comments and associated profile or purchase information to publish, moderate, authenticate, analyze and promote user-generated content, subject to applicable law and our Website Terms.
Content you submit publicly may be visible to other users and may be shared through social-media or marketing channels in accordance with the license you grant to SNIFFA.
15. Automated Tools and Artificial Intelligence
SNIFFA may use automated tools and artificial intelligence to support recommendations, personalization, search, customer service, fraud prevention, moderation, analytics and content generation.
We do not intend to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects unless we provide any notice, access, opt-out, human review, appeal or other rights required by applicable law.
16. Aggregated and Deidentified Information
We may create, use and disclose aggregated or deidentified information for lawful purposes, including research, analytics, advertising measurement and service improvement.
Where required, we will maintain information in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify it except to test compliance or as otherwise permitted by law.
17. Security
SNIFFA uses administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These measures may include access controls, vendor management, security monitoring and incident-response procedures appropriate to the nature of the information.
No system or internet transmission is completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or information.

After deletion, unsubscribe, or opt-out, we may retain limited information relating to your request, identifier, consent status, do-not-contact preferences and suppression status. This helps us honor your choices, prevent unwanted communications, avoid re-importing information, document compliance, prevent fraud, and establish or defend legal claims.
Deletion requests remain subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may ask you to confirm your identity or authorization directly.
Our verification process is proportionate to the nature, sensitivity and risk of the request. We do not require identity verification for an opt-out of sale or sharing, or for a sensitive-information limitation request, beyond what is reasonably necessary to identify and process the request.
24. International Processing
SNIFFA is based in the United States and may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

This Privacy Policy does not govern information that third parties collect for their own purposes. Review their privacy notices before providing information to them.
26. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
