Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are decanted and packed by hand. We ship within 2–3 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves our facility.
Destinations
SNIFFA ships within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses, PO boxes, or freight forwarders.
Rates and delivery times
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the options below. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and start from the day the parcel ships, not the day you order.

Restrictions on fragrance shipments
Fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as limited-quantity hazardous goods. They travel by ground transport only and cannot be sent by air. This applies to every order regardless of the shipping option selected.
Lost, delayed and damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us at info@sniffa.store with your order number and photographs of the packaging. We file a claim with the carrier and replace or refund the order once the claim is acknowledged.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your expense, or refunded less the original shipping cost.
